About Premier Roofing
Local owners. Real families. Work that matters.
Founded by Garett Phillips and Corey Munsinger, Premier Roofing and Construction brings honest, dependable roofing and construction services to homeowners and businesses across East Texas.
Our roots
A Livingston company built around the people under the roof.
Based in Livingston, Texas, PRC was founded on integrity, hard work, and a commitment to doing the job right. Garett and Corey know a roof protects more than a building—it protects the people, work, and memories inside.
That perspective guides each conversation, from a roof inspection or storm concern to a repair, replacement, new construction project, or renovation. The team takes time to understand the property, explain the options clearly, and help customers choose a sensible next step.
